HeartSpace Circles is a gathering for women who do the inner work better together. Not because they cannot do it alone. Because something opens in the presence of women who truly see each other.
Each circle has its own theme.
Seasonal. Energetic. Elemental. What moves in nature moves in the body and the themes honor that.
You arrive in stillness. You leave complete.
What happens between those two moments, conversation, meditation, movement, sound, journaling, heart coherence practice, is always in response to what the women bring and what the theme calls for.
Each circle stands on its own. You can come once and leave with something whole. You can return many times and find something different waiting each time.
